IPTV Firestick buffering is usually fixable
This page is troubleshooting, not first-time setup. First install: IPTV Fire TV Stick. Then come back here if the picture freezes.

1. Is it login or network?
Black screen + “failed” = credentials or host. Picture that starts then stalls = cache or Wi-Fi. Do not keep tapping Add User. One profile named 4KPRIME is enough. See Xtream Codes.
2. Stick, HDMI, Wi-Fi
Prefer 5 GHz. Keep the Fire TV Stick out of a sealed cabinet. USB power from the TV is sometimes weak — use the stick’s own adapter if you have it.
3. Player cache
Force-stop TiviMate or Smarters, clear cache, reopen. Empty EPG: pull refresh or ask for the EPG URL.
4. When to message support
If two channels and two apps still freeze, send a photo of the error and your device model. A human answers — that is the product. WhatsApp setup or a new 24h trial.

Does buffering mean my trial expired?
Not always. Expired login shows an auth error. Buffering with a picture still moving is often network.

Should I reinstall the Firestick?
Last resort. Chat first. A factory reset without saving Xtream costs time.
