The service
4KPrime provides an IPTV subscription (live channels and VOD) and human installation support. Plans and prices are listed on pricing and may change for new orders.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be able to form a contract in your country. Keep login details confidential. Sharing credentials beyond the purchased connection limit is not allowed.
Acceptable use
Use 4KPrime only in accordance with applicable law. You are responsible for how you use the service on your devices. We may suspend accounts that abuse infrastructure or resell access without permission.
Trials
24-hour trials are offered to evaluate quality. Trials may be limited per household or device at our discretion to prevent abuse.
Support
24/7 human support is provided via WhatsApp for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Response times can vary during extreme peaks.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, 4KPrime is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including downtime caused by your internet provider. Statutory consumer rights in Canada, the US, or your state/province remain unaffected.
Governing law
