1. Add playlist
Open TiviMate → playlist manager → add → Xtream Codes. Paste host, username, password from WhatsApp.
2. Update and EPG
Update playlist. If the TV guide is blank, refresh EPG or ask for the EPG URL. Anti-Freeze, 99.9% uptime does not replace a missing EPG source.
3. If TiviMate refuses the line

How do I add Xtream in TiviMate?
Playlists → add → Xtream Codes → paste 4KPRIME host, user, password. Wait for groups to appear.
TiviMate playlist empty?
Wrong Xtream or no internet. Resend credentials via WhatsApp. Do not add a second playlist yet.
TiviMate or Smarters?
TiviMate for Fire TV 4K EPG. Smarters if it is already on the stick. Same 4KPRIME line.
Is TiviMate Premium required?
The free TiviMate often runs 4KPRIME live. If a paywall blocks EPG, tell support — we pick a path.
